All rooms will be booked through the ASA and will be assigned on a first come first serve basis due to limited space. Your rooms rates will be paid to the Resort when you check-in. The ASA are not responsible for any charges.
Types of rooms:
Lodge Rooms are a private hotel style room – $120 single occupancy or $140 double per night
River View Cabins have common living area shared, each having 4 private bedrooms (2 bedrooms downstairs with private bath) or (2 bedrooms upstairs with shared bath)
Pool View Cabins have 2 private bedrooms with private baths – shared common living area
All cabins are $115 single occupancy or $140 double
Registration Fee is $100 each per Sheriff & Guest
(no charge for your spouse)
Due to our growing number of attendees and limited space, we can ONLY accommodate each Sheriff with one guest.
(this guest may be your spouse, significant other, or guest of your choosing.)
Please Note: Additionally, due to rising costs, we will need to implement a $100 cancellation fee for the Trout Fishing Event on any
No Shows or Cancellations made after September 8, 2026.

Quad Sponsor Registration fees are $2,500. All rooms are booked through the ASA and they are NOT included in the Registration fee.

With an ASA License Plate, 75% of your purchased funds will go directly to the Arkansas Sheriffs’ Wives’ Scholarship Fund. The ASA Wives’ Scholarship Fund provides scholarships to children of Arkansas Sheriffs or Full Time sworn Deputies serving in the State of Arkansas. What about the other 25% of those funds? The other 25% will benefit the Fallen Law Enforcement Officers’ Beneficiary Fund. Which provides financial assistance to the families of Fallen Law Enforcement Officers. So that means that 100% of your yearly planned expense can go to a great cause!
