We are saddened to inform you that former Pope County Sheriff Jay Winters lost his battle with brain cancer today. Sheriff Winters as the 2001 president of the Arkansas Sheriffs’ Association. Jay fought the good fight, Please keep his family both blood and blue in your prayers.
Arrangements have been made, visitation will be Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM, Family will be there from 4 PM to 6 PM at the Russellville first assembly church. Funeral will be Friday at 10 AM
