The Arkansas Sheriffs’ Association regrets to inform you of the passing of Sheriff Earnie Blackley.   Below are the funeral arrangements. 

VISITATION AND FUNERAL SERVICES: Visitation for Sheriff Blackley will be from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday, January 7, 2020 at the First Baptist Church in Melbourne (address: Arkansas 9 Spur, Melbourne,  AR 72556) Services will be at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 8, 2020 same location as visitation: First Baptist Church in Melbourne Our thoughts and prayers are with the Blackley Family!
